What Is Zumba?

  

Zumba is a fun way to work out to Latin rhythms.  In one hour you can burn calories, get your heart racing, tone your body, and get energized with moves based on popular Latin dances.

  

You do not need any dance experience, but you need to want to have fun! 

  

When attending class, bring in shoes to workout with(minimal treads on shoes so you can move freely)*.  Also bring a towel to wipe off the sweating of calories!  Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in and be ready to enjoy your workout.

*Please carry shoes in.  Due to studio also being used for yoga, we would prefer you not wear the shoes prior to entering to avoid unnecessary tracking in of dirt.  Thank you for your cooperation.
